Maritime
Our maritime practice deploys a capable team to assist ocean carriers and cargo-owning clients understand and take advantage of their rights under your contracts for carriage of goods or bills of lading. We have obtained arrest warrants for several vessels at sea and in the process secured favourable settlement for our clients.

Our tax team is equipped to assist client with domestic tax issues and advice.

Aviation
Our aviation practice will assist you navigate the aviation sector in Ghana. In the past our lawyers have played crucial roles in representing industry actors, including representing aircraft lessors in lease arrangements with Ghanaian aircraft lessees. We have also advised players in the space on a range of matters including the IDERA, DPOA, and registration requirements with the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).

Sports
Our sports law practice team is knowledgeable in the legal frameworks governing player transfers, contract negotiations, sponsorship agreements, broadcast rights, governance, and intellectual property aspects of sports. In Ghana, the team advises The Fédération Internationale des Associations de Footballeurs Professionnels (English: International Federation of Professional Footballers), generally referred to as FIFPRO, the worldwide representative organisation for 65,000 professional footballers. The team also advises the Ghana Rugby Football Union.

Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property practice aims to leverage experience in intellectual property litigation, trademarks registration, patents, copyrights, designs, and regular engagement with the industry regulators to deliver sound and practical advice to industry players.
On 5 March 2024, one of our partners obtained a favourable judgement at the High Court, Commercial Division in a copyright infringement claim against a leading media giant in Ghana.
